Refund policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped:

  • Email us at help.cleira@gmail.com within 24 hours with your order number
  • Orders already processed cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds issued within 3-5 business days

Returns

We accept returns only for damaged items with proof:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/video of damage
  • Include order number in your email

Refund Process

  1. We inspect returns within 2 business days
  2. Approved returns require shipping back the item
  3. Refund approved will be processed and credited within 5-10 business days via original payment method
